Give notice of withdrawal within 14 days
From receipt of the items you have 14 days to tell us: with the form below, by email to info@ortolanodelvintage.com, to the PEC address or by post. No reason to give.
Send the items back within 14 days
From the notice you have 14 days to send us the items back intact (including any gift that came with them). The direct cost of sending them back is yours, unless the flaw had not been declared: in that case we pay.
Refund within 14 days
We refund you without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the notice, on the same method you used, including the cost of standard delivery. Any supplement for a different, more expensive delivery chosen by you is excluded. We can hold the refund until we receive the items or the proof that they were sent.
The items must be returned intact: you are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling them other than as was necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning (art. 57 Codice del Consumo, the Italian Consumer Code).
