To start a return use the withdrawal form or send an explicit declaration. The direct cost of sending it back is yours, unless the flaw was not declared.

Five steps in order: none gets skipped.

  1. Order confirmed.

    The order is recorded with its summary.

  2. Packing.

    The items are checked again and packed. The materials and the environmental instructions of the parcel are verified before it is handed to the carrier.

  3. On its way.

    When the parcel ships, you get the tracking and the up-to-date times.

  4. At your door.

    The box arrives. Open it, check it, keep it or return it within 14 days.

These are the rates I charge at checkout: shipping is paid once per order, not per item, and you see the total again before you pay.

In the rest of the Union I ship to 25 countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden; for now except Germany. I don’t reach the Union territories outside the VAT area, such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the French overseas departments, Åland, Livigno and Campione d’Italia.

  1. Free from €70.

    When the items in your basket reach €70, you don’t pay for shipping: in Italy and in the rest of the Union.

  2. By hand.

    In Italy you can choose hand delivery at checkout: you don’t pay for shipping, and we arrange the day and time.

  3. Crates.

    With a crate, shipping is included in the price.
