Who sells

What we sell

Hand-picked vintage and second-hand items. Every item is unique; condition and flaws are declared on the card.

Prices

VAT included where due. The shipping cost depends on the destination and is shown before payment.

Payments

Credit or debit card through Nexi. Card details are entered on Nexi and do not pass through the site. Any further method applies only if it is shown at checkout before the order.

Shipping

Times are given before the order. When the parcel leaves with corriere assicurato, you get the tracking.

Video call deposit

The deposit payment feature for “Your stall” is being prepared. The financial terms will be shown before the payment is made available.

Right of withdrawal

14 days from receipt of the items. The direct cost of sending them back is yours, unless the flaw had not been declared — in that case we pay. Model form and step-by-step procedure: “Right of withdrawal” page (link in the footer, Help section).

Guarantee

The legal guarantee of conformity applies to second-hand items too and as a rule lasts two years from delivery, taking into account previous use and the flaws that were declared. A shorter period applies only if it is expressly agreed with the consumer before the purchase, and it cannot be less than one year. The right of withdrawal is distinct from the guarantee.

Jurisdiction

For disputes, the court of the place where the consumer resides or is domiciled has jurisdiction (foro del consumatore, the consumer’s court). Alternatively you can turn to an accredited ADR body for conciliation/mediation, to settle without going to court.
