You build it: choose the tier (The Ortolano’s essentials = vintage and brands, or The rare delights = brands and luxury), the format, one category per item and 2 sizes. The price is fixed and includes shipping: you pay it at checkout, like an item.
When you open the crate. I put it together after payment, in your categories and in your sizes, and it ships with tracking. If something doesn’t suit you, you have 14 days to return it.
The category photos are illustrative: they show what kind of items you can find, not the exact pieces. Those I choose from the harvest, in your sizes.
A one-to-one video call with the Ortolano: pick 2 sizes and I lay out the available catalogue in your measurements. You see each item live and choose what you want to keep.
On WhatsApp, at the time you choose on the calendar. No app to install, no Google Meet: I video call the number you leave.
The crate starts from a tier and the categories you choose, at a fixed price: I put it together and ship it to you. “Your stall” is instead the WHOLE catalogue in your 2 sizes on a video call, with no category limit, and you choose item by item, live: more freedom, more choice.
Credit or debit card through Nexi. Any further method is shown at checkout before the order.
No: you buy as a guest, your email is enough to receive the order summary and, when available, the tracking. The account is optional — you can create it at the end of the order if you want to follow your shipments.
Yes, I issue one for every order on the site. That is why you enter the details at checkout, before payment: the Italian tax code if the billing address is in Italy, or, for an Italian business, company name, VAT number and SdI code or PEC. The “Italian business / VAT” option needs an Italian VAT number: if your business is outside Italy, choose “Private person”, or write to me before buying.
To Italy and the other European Union countries, for now except Germany. For now I don’t ship outside the Union, and that includes San Marino, Vatican City, Monaco and Andorra; nor to the Union territories outside the VAT area, such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the French overseas departments, Åland, Livigno and Campione d’Italia.
The cost depends on the destination and is shown before payment. With a crate, shipping is included in the price.
Up-to-date times are given before the order; when the parcel ships you get the tracking.
Yes, within 14 days of delivery. To start a return use the withdrawal form or send an explicit declaration. The direct cost of sending it back is yours, unless the flaw was not declared.
